At only 500 the north of the town of Navafria (Segovia), with practically direct access from the N-110 road (km.161), but protected by a small slope, we find this farm of 17.500 m2 next to the right bank of the river Oroga, which brings its waters from the nearby peaks of the Sierra de Guadarrama.The one known as Molino del Vado, before Forage, owes its name to the Marques del Vado; It is a flour mill, in perfect working order, cataloged as an industrial heritage by the Provincial Council of Segovia, its use having been documented since the 18th century.It was completely renovated in the 90s with a last reform in the year 2000, and is composed of 4 buildings around a central garden.

The main house consists of 2 floors of 185 m2 each, been the water mill under the floor of the room.On the ground floor we have a glass hall and a hall with an old wood-burning oven in use, large living room with fireplace and exit to the other side of the garden, dining room and living room independent at half height, both with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and courtesy toilet.On the upper floor, 3 double bedrooms, two of them with fireplace, and 2 full bathrooms en suite.The master bedroom is large and has a balcony with beautiful views of the farm, the trees, the river and the mountains in the background.
