The first beach is only a four-minute drive away, and there is a fairly large parking lot and trees for shade in the immediate vicinity.
Quiet afternoons can be spent on Lago Maggiore at this delightful little beach in Colmegna, with beautiful views of the coastal towns of Cannero and Luino.
USE AND POTENTIAL
The property is well suited, predominantly, as a vacation home, but can also be used as a home for daily living, being about ten minutes away from the towns of Luino and Maccagno.
