Montenegro, Croatia and Albania are all showing signs of growth even in these troubled times and property for sale in the Balkans looks set to follow in the footsteps of their northern cousins and enjoying the same property market as the Baltic States.

A recent survey by Eurostat showed that Albania is the cheapest country in the Balkans when you compare the cost of living to the EU average.
