Bulgaria EU Accession Jan 2007Well its official, this week the European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso announced the EU accession in January 2007 of Bulgaria and Romania, albiet under strict conditions to tackle organised crime, corruption and infrastructure improvements.


The Bulgarian property market has been ‘emerging’ for sometime now and this news will only serve to boost Bulgaria’s real estate prices. Already thousands of Britons have invested on Bulgaria’s Black Sea coast and in its ski resorts in search of a bargain property abroad.
