Just a short post for today, having just returned from a weekend of soggy camping in the Lake District.Whilst passing through the beautiful lakefront, tourist town of Bowness-on-Windermere, a new development under construction caught my eye. Knight Frank Global House Price Index puts Latvia on top

This week saw not one but two releases on overseas property investment related data.

Don’t discount it just yet, The Costa del Sol is still proving a favourite with tourists. Recent provisional figures released by The Costa del Sol tourist board indicate that 2006 could in fact be the Sunshine Coast’s best year yet in the last 10 years of tourism becoming a fully fledged industry there.
