Hawaii offers beachfront luxury new homes on Oahu Ko Olina Resort

San Diego gets Hard Rock condo hotel development

Whilst walking around the up and coming Gaslamp district of San Diego, it is plain to see that the local area is booming with new restaurants/bars and residential new homes. This Quarter is close to the large waterfront convention centre and the home of the San Diego Padres, Petco Baseball Park. New Ski Resort Perelik in Bulgaria
Comments (0)Local and International investors have promised 250m Levs to build a new ski resort in Bulgaria’s Rhodope Mountains. The Perelik resort is planned to have 25 ski lifts serving 55km of ski piste with snow making machine along certain runs. The ski resort when complete will have a good mix of accommodation including hotels and apartments/chalets and commercial areas such as, shops, restaurants and parking.
