Nubricks.com is at the forefront of Podcasting for the Overseas Property Industry. Podcasting is another way to reach people interested in Property Abroad, but allows flexiblity over other medias. Nubricks have already interviewed a wide variety of people within the industry and covered many topics from specific countries to retiring abroad.

Robert Shemin, an experienced investor who has made his fortune buying and selling real estate tells us that you have to find properties that cash flow and have a market where demand is high.
