Hawaii offers beachfront luxury new homes on Oahu Ko Olina Resort
Hawaii showcases some of the most prestigious real estate in the world and being a group of islands, development land is in short supply, pushing the average price of property up to $668,300 in May 2006 on the Island of Oahu.

An aerial view of the Ko Olina Resort and marina gives a real perspective of the luxury resort. Four crescent shaped bays grace the shores with beautiful blue sea lapping at the white sandy beaches. This resort is located on the Island of Oahu on the Waianae coast.
The Beach Villas at Ko Olina is the first new beach front development in more than 25 years on the island and the interiors have been designed by Philpotts & Associates in a Hawaiiana style. The kitchen has been created by Chef Roy Yamaguchi, which includes a 26-bottle wine cellar.
Reserved for owners, the Ko Olina Sports Club is an advanced fitness centre for total well-being. The club plans to include instruction in yoga and Pilates and therapeutic sports massages. The Tennis & Fitness Pavilion, the Ko Olina Golf Club and the Ko Olina Marina are all available to residents.
The developer has included a complimentary one-year membership at the Ko Olina Sports Club to all owners at the Beach Villas at Ko Olina complex.
The 18-hole Ted Robinson championship golf course has PGA and LPGA credentials and chartering a yacht from the marina is easy. A 20 mile drive will take you into the metropolis of Honolulu in which you will find museums, a beautiful concert hall, shopping centres and numerous top restaurants.
The development has two complexes on site the first is the “Beach Tower”, a ninety-two unit condominium residence on eleven floors. “Ocean Tower” is a development of 155 classic villas. Prices for these properties start in the high $900´s.
A number of other new developments are available on this resort including Ko Olina Hillside Villas starting in the mid $500´s, the fairways at Ko Olina, the coconut plantation and Kai Lani at Ko Olina.
The developer is also developing the Kolea Villas and Hali’i Kai Oceanfront homes in the Waikoloa resort.
It is a long way from Europe and even parts of the US, but it is a paradise and once there you will never want to leave.
