- Stamp Duty 2%, Court Fees 1-1.3%, Notary Fees 1% and lawyer and sworn translator fees (vary according to person)
 - Capital gains are charged at 10% of the total price of the property when sold however if a property is retained for 5 years or more then there is no tax payable.
 - Poland is part of the European Union and their property ownership laws have converged with the rest of the EU and are therefore transparent. It is not necessary as a foreign national to set up a company to purchase property within Poland.
