I have recently purchased an apartment and some land in Bulgaria and now work as an agent for Bulgarian Property

This podcast was interesting and the comments about the lifestyle available in Bulgaria was a good point as well as the market open to various different countries, and not just the British market.

Relocation to Bulgaria is definitely an option for young British who are not able to get on the property market in the UK but also appealing as an option away from the buy to let market in the UK.

I also bought in Sofia last year and are very pelased with th way the way Bulgaria is developing, I see a lot of improvments. However just recently a lot of banks stepped away from non-resident loans which is giving me a bit of grief as I wanted to continue purchasing in Sofia. I have high hopes for Bulgaria.

Hi, We purchased a property back in 2005 in area surrounding Rouse which by the way wasnt mentioned but we are pleased with it and as it is said bought at the right time and are very pleased with the way Bulgaria is going.
