The unspoiled nature, the sea, give the area and especially the house looks very calm, as if you were on vacation.

La villa si trova a Marechiaro, ex borgo di pescatori alla fine della collina di Posillipo, ora una della aree piu' verdi e sofisticate di Napoli, a soli due chilometri dal centro, pochi minuti in macchina.
La natura incontaminata , il mare sottostante, danno alla zona e soprattutto alla casa un'aria molto riposante,come se si stesse in vacanza.
La villa è a picco sul mare. Ha tre esposizioni, da tutte le finestre si vede il mare , e quindi sembra di stare su una nave.
Sul lato opposto della caletta di fronte la Villa, ci sono dei ruderi di una villa romana. All'epoca di Pompei l'unica via per Roma era quella che costeggiava il mare quindi la zona era costellata di Ville, di questa in particolare , si possono ancora vedere con l'ausilio di una maschera da sub , i resti che giacciono sul fondale.
La caletta, come si può vedere dalle foto, ha al centro un grande scoglio ed ha anche una piccola spiaggetta. La costa, quindi anche la villa, è permeata di macchia mediterranea che offre, durante le varie stagioni , vari colori e diversi profumi.
La Villa è molto luminosa, ha finestre su tutti il lati. Ha vari terrazzi di cui uno molto grande che sovrasta la caletta , da cui si puo' mirare la stupenda isola di Capri, che è li di fronte che cambia colore e forme a seconda della luce e dell'orario,e tutta la penisola Sorrentina.
Al piano inferiore ci sono due camera da letto con bagno in camera,una grande stanza armadio,e un terrazzino . Che affacciano sempre sul mare.
Al piano superiore da cui si entra nella Villa c'è:
un doppio salone di rappresentanza con un bel terrazzo al piano, due grandi camini, una cucina abitabile, una grande lavanderia, un bagnetto da utilizzare per gli ospiti (più stanzetta per eventuale collaboratore domestico ).
In dotazione della casa ci sono due posti auto di cui uno coperto. (Se è per la vendita invece è previsto un ampio garage e posto auto scoperto)
