Property Gallery and Description
Beautifully set in a secluded rural setting, this large two storey house really is a hidden gem. Situated in a highly regarded and sought after area, Tabachka is a quiet, traditional Bulgarian village, appreciated for its clean air and relaxed way of life. Nestled in the lower end of the village the house was previously run as a hotel and was highly regarded by Bulgarian holiday makers as a popular country retreat. The accommodation has a spacious feel to it; the main living/dining room is a perfect size for entertaining in the winter months. It enjoys an impressive open fireplace with log burner, giving off ample heat in the cooler months. Convenient double sliding doors lead to a pretty garden with BBQ area fitted with its own sink/running water and shaded area. The fitted kitchen comes with a very useful combination electric/gas cooker, fridge/freezer and telephone extensions for land line. Bedroom accommodation is over two floors, making this very acceptable for disabled guests. The ground floor comprises two double bedrooms with wardrobes/tables and two shower/toilet rooms. The first floor has three double bedrooms each with additional single bed (giving nine people occupancy) with the possibility of more if bunk beds were installed. The main two bedrooms have balcony access which over looks the pool and garden, enjoying far reaching views to the rear. This is an ideal setting for taking breakfast as the sun rises over the cliffs, and a solitary swallow swoops on the pool, the only noise your hear in your surroundings! A truly peaceful place, the setting and views are to die for! The present log/utility room could be turned in to more accommodation if needed. The Boiler Room with two enormous boilers gives ample piping hot water for the whole of the house. The generous sized swimming pool 8x5mtrs with Jacuzzi (and built in pump room) is an absolute pleasure in the summer months, and benefits from far reaching rural views to the rear. The house and setting are ideal for those with walking and rural interest. The river Cherni runs through the valley and is popular with local fishermen. A small school sits in the middle of the village along with a post office; two small shops are well stocked with day to day needs; with near by towns and the city of Rouse easily reached by good road connections.
