Mihaltsi is one of the largest villages in Veliko Tarnovo region, well developed and offering all the necessary amenities. The village has a church, town hall, shops, primary school and community center. It is located close to the main road from Sofia to Varna and 30 minutes from Veliko Tarnovo, which makes it a very convenient location.
