Look at the 'unofficial Playa Vista' site for the hopes and fears of investers. Tetouan was a dump. Now, things are really looking up. Lots of Spanish citizens living in captured twon of Sebta (aka Ceuta) are snapping up property in the seaside resort of Tetouan. Tetouan is like Fez: Its medina is a UNESCO World Heritage site. When the airport opens in 2010, low cost planes will fly direct from London to Tetouan. Buy now while prices are very reasonable. When the resort of Lixus opens (www.port-lixus.com) it will be the best and most modern port and leisure resort - better than Puerto Banus and Marbnel;la together.
