indeed property prices in Romania are higher compared to Bulgaria, but Romania is much safer to invest in.

the retrocession process is complete, therefore there is no risk with your property – no matter if it is land of house/apt

there are some really good investment opportunities in Bucharest, in this new breed of more trusty projects. I choose one which is called English Village, developed in Bucharest, and another one in Brasov.

Currently i’m considering some land at the sea-side, i think that will sell really well in a couple of years.
