Can someone pls replay who had this kind of experience:
We r planing to rent a villa on palm for one week,so the owner (we r dealing direct with owner not an agency) asked for full payment &amp; damage depozit(refundable)in adnace of few months. 
I would like to know what type of documents we must requiered from him to be sure &amp; on the safe side of proving our payment.

		<description>I think it is ridiculous that Emaar are not allowing short term lets. We complete on an Emaar apartment in September &amp; we will need to rent it to help to pay for the services I suppose we have two choices. We can do longer term lets or sell the property &amp; purchase another. I definately would not purchase another Emaar property whilst this rule is in place &amp; we certainly did not know this at the time of purchase.</description>

		<description>Having just returned from a family holiday on frond E and thinking about returning in the near future i read with horror about Emaars great mistake in trying to prevent people like me enjoying the Palm.Having been to Dubai many times both on holiday and business,i find it ridiculous that people will not be able to see what the Palm is all about unless of course they stay in a hotel.Not everyone wants to spend their holidays surrounded by hundreds of strangers.I would also like to add that EMAAR would be better improving their sales personel,i for one was left standing in the sales office for half an hour and not one of their pretty girls was interested in my business.Surely there is no better customer than a happy customer.Finally i must add that i have watched the construction since it began and i am still excited by it .</description>

		<description>Emaar should not do this. I will never buy another Emaar property if they are against Short Term Rentals. I think Short Term Rentals are totally legal and gives a relief to many tourists who cannot afford extremely inflated hotel room rates and who like to feel at home</description>
