Reservation Fee - 3000€ - Required immediately to reserve a property.

Deposit - 20% is required on contract as a deposit for the purchase (Usually 10% after 3 months and 10% after 6 months from signing of private contract)

During construction - 20% is required in 2 equal payments before completion.

Completion - 60% is required this can be financed by a mortgage if required.

The completion of the first phase is expected for December 2007, this will include:
