Le Jardin de Fleur Beach & Golf Resort is situated within Phase 2 of the Government sponsored Plan Azur Mediterrania Saidia Resort. Le Jardin de Fleur resort development offers modern living standards and a range of beautifully designed apartments, penthouses and villas.

The blocks are situated on a large plot and as such will feel open and spacious. Each block will consist of four apartments and the penthouse.

The development will have three swimming pools with one that is heated and a clubhouse for socialising.

The apartments and penthouses are fully furnished including garden/terrace furniture and are equipped with air conditioning and satellite TV. The kitchens will have all modern appliances. Payment Terms:

Exchange of Contract: 20% of the Sales Price is due minus the Reservation Deposit amount

Construction Payment: A second 20% payment is due upon construction commencement currently planned for November 2006.
