I considered buying property in Costa Rica (technically not overseas), but quickly realized what a daunting task it was. When you’re hundreds of miles away from a place you’re looking to buy, you really need someone you trust to help you on the other end. I have referred two investors to nubricks for help looking for properties in south France. That’s about all I knew to do.
