Hi all,
Check out singapore, it’s all happening with the casinos an shopping, and whatnot with the commerce activities. But prices are sky-high…. But look slightly to the north… Just across the border is john bahru, it slowly starting to look like the Shenzhen and hong kong situation in the 90s Low wages and prices, 1 sgd to 2.4ringgit… Makes for a very good case. Google it u know watt I mean.

Singapore land is scarce… Johor is huge and untapped, road,rail,air connections are reasonably well structured. Although public transport is bad, but that’s another opportunity for another story.

Land prices are so cheap it’s ridiculous. Skip the beach apartments and look at land. Buy it in price/hectares and sell in price/sqft… 10 years horizon. Look at kukup, kulai, pulai. Skip nusajaya, it would take years for the ecosystem to mature.. If there’s land in jb city area, buy! Best growth…

Imagine john bahru as a slow pace suburb, but with a hk,Tokyo city equivalent net door.

I’m betting on Singapore that’s why I’m buying john bahru.
