Bulgarian Dreams podcast joins the property podcasting circuit

A new podcast series on Bulgarian property has recently been launched to help Bulgarian property buyers learn more about what this secret gem of the Balkans has to offer. Managing Director of Bulgarian Dreams, Robert Jenkin and Katie Whitaker, an award-winning education journalist at the BBC spent a week this past summer travelling around Bulgaria recording the podcast series aimed at giving buyers a taster of Bulgarian lifestyle.

The first podcast, gives an overview into Bulgaria both for the tourist and property buyer alike whilst the other episodes in this six part bi-weekly series go on to offer an in depth tour of Bulgaria’s principal cities and resorts, a look at its colourful heritage interspersed with useful tips and practicalities about how to approach buying a property in Bulgaria.

The first podcast, Welcome to Bulgaria, takes you on a short introductory journey of Bulgaria’s main property hotspots and includes:

- a focus on Bulgaria’s popular summer hotspot, The Black Sea Coast including the established resort of Sunny Beach.
- Practical advice on issues such as crime rates in Bulgaria and what benefits EU membership in 2007 will bring to Bulgaria and Bulgarian property investors alike.
