Samanah Development
The Samanah development will include three five-star hotels, one of which resembles a traditional riad built around a fountain in a central courtyard garden. Along with plans for the golf clubhouse and social club, sports centre and spa, as well as a kids club and children’s play area, the central ‘village square’ surrounding a large ornamental pool near the entrance to the resort is where the residents will enjoy a choice of locally operated shops, bar and restaurants and a businesses centre with seminar facilities combined to offer residents a complete package of business, recreational and relaxation services.

By having a property in the city of Marrakech (also known as Marrakesh) you can experience a mix of the ancient and the modern with the old fortified city and adjacent modern city. Marrakech is home to the largest traditional market in Morocco and the busiest square on the entire continent. Marrakech is an enchanted place where time can still when you want it to while being minutes from the most modern amenities. Marrakech has a vibrant community of discerning European expatriates. There are daily flights to Marrakech from London and Manchester.

Yes, yes but we are talking about a new-build complex 14km from all the above! Imagine how tiresome that commute would become after a few trips.
