The area is expanding with 2 new golf courses, 5* hotels and new bars and restaurants, and Altinkum which is currently still the cheapest coastal resort to buy property in Turkey, is an area where capital growth is predicited to be high. Just released (Sept 09) is a new complex on the marina road with early release prices starting at £20,000 for a 1 bed apartment. The complex has security cctv camera, fitness center, sauna, and swimming pool, and is just a 5 minute walk from the Marina.
