One has to look at the buying power in Romania. An average income of 200 Euros and apartments of 40,000 Euros this must be around 200 months of income = 16.6 years.
Here in Silicon Valley everybody is speaking of the housing bubble. A great new home is $750,000 and average income of $80,000-$100,000. So this will be around 7-8 years income.
Just another view.
