I was looking for a place in London and i found estateagents.co.uk a killer tool - its got decent maps yu can understand and video tours. I used it to find my last place (im only renting!) It offers what extate offers (from what I've seen), and it also offers the sharing capabilities that are on other sites. In the next few years the real estate will go back to the brokers and realtors, interconnected in a huge RSS network. The centralized model for data control will not work anymore.
