Delighted to read this article. MHK International (our family business) is currently developing 16 luxury villas on a plateau in the stunning Ouirgane Valley. Six years ago we fell in love with the area, after escaping the exotic chaos of Marrakech. Although only an hour from Marrakech the contrast couldn't be greater. Our preference is stay in the mountains and visit Marrkech! Such was our passion and seeing the potential in Morocco we are now close to finishing the first four villas on the development. I have set up a blog to tell the tale of the development to date and our journey (and challenges) as it unfolds. Not usual practice for developers, but our take is openness is the best policy!
