The Coral Lake & Beach Resort – A BRIC Investment Opportunity
From 320 days of sun each year, to miles of sandy beaches, fiscal stability and massive tourism growth, Brazil is set to become a superpower and brand new developments such as The Coral Lake & Beach Resort are attracting increasing numbers of foreign investors.
Brazil is one of the BRIC countries (Brazil, Russia, India and China) which Goldman Sachs has predicted will grow to overtake today’s big economic superpowers.
David Martin, Sales Director with BRIC Investment – a company which specialises in sourcing real estate investment opportunities in the world’s upcoming markets, said, “In recent years, increased market growth and fiscal stability have resulted in a marked economic improvement, drastically lower interest rates and an increased amount of foreign direct investment.
“Tourism has also grown by a staggering 270 per cent in the last eight years. These conditions have attracted a great amount of interest in the country’s real estate market, especially on the tropical north eastern coastline which has already seen huge amounts of investment.
“It’s easy to see why Brazil’s popularity is increasing among property investors who are increasingly recognising Brazil’s excellent investment potential,” he added.
The country’s stock market has grown by 400 per cent in the last five years and GDP is up five per cent. Brazil also has the ninth strongest economy in the world and is forecast to be 5th strongest within the next 2-3 years according to President Lula.
Brazil has been confirmed as the Host Nation for the 2014 FIFA World Cup and also home to the 2016 Olympic Games, both of which, will encourage property and infrastructure growth, as well as increase Government spending.
Now you have the chance to invest in the largest private beachfront development in construction in north east Brazil.
The Coral Lake & Beach Resort
Coral Lake & Beach Resort represents a fantastic opportunity to buy into a superbly designed 5-star resort. The development unites craftsmanship, design, luxury and investment.
The resort is situated in Flexeiras, just north of Fortaleza – the capital of the state of Ceara in north eastern Brazil. Flexeiras is said to have some of the best beaches in the world, as voted by the Washington Post.
Mr Martin added, “Now is a fantastic time to invest in Brazil because it’s no longer an emerging destination but a stable market which has enjoyed considerable economic and political growth, and subsequently established itself among the best markets in the world.
“We’re pleased to be able to offer investors the chance to reap the benefits of Brazil’s thriving market by investing in the Coral Lake & Beach Resort.
“A minimum deposit of $15,000 is all that’s required, with the total investment being just $30,000.
“The 2.6 kilometre long Coral Resort has more features and amenities than any other site and boasts a diverse environment, from coastal shores, to lush tropical lagoons, and everything in between.”
The Coral Resort offers a club house, tennis courts, a swimming pool, a barbeque and green area, a lagoon, a floating restaurant, direct access to the beach and gated entry. Fortaleza is just a short drive away and offers all the attractions you’d expect from a vibrant capital city, including the largest water park in South America.
Single dwelling land plots from 450 square metres start from $30,000 and luxury front 2 and 3 bedroom villas from $130,000.
Each villa at the resort consists of three to five bedrooms. Multiple plots are available which means buyers can opt for bigger homes if they wish to build on more than just one plot, and enhance profitability.

Friends suggested i have a look at your site. it looks impressive with computer generated images & graphics.
How far is the resort developed? Do you have details of the available plots and fllor plans pof the villas? Does one buy the land from you …. freehold or lease? And, then engage an architect to design and a builder to build a villa …. or are the villas to be all the same?
