What a load of rubbish!!!
First of all, they dont give us the exact location in the advert. When I called them they told me the hotel was 15 minutes from the centre of the city. I wont repeat the name of the district, but believe me its like a getto — I know because I am from Bulgaria!
Guaranteed yield of 6% in the first year, thats not very generous when the room costs 50% more than other projects in this district…..and what happens in year two?
Who is this experienced hotelier? Why is their name a secret? - Simple, no credible international company would run a hotel in this district!!!
Its the only development I have ever enquired about where the salesmen told me not to go on a viewing trip!!! - they told me to look at it purely as a financial transaction, there is no need to see the location. They didnt mention that the development is in one of the roughest regions of Sofia.
They told me the area was rapidly improving. They were right in the same way that the Gaza strip is improving!!!
