On the subject of Turks and Caicos, It may be a good idea to mention to potential purchasers the horrific costs that are incurred on the islands. Provo has no water, so all is either imported or you prchase a unit to clean the sea water (reverse osmosis) not cheap. Electricity, very expensive, rental agreements, you'll pay at least 40% to the management company, strata fees, hurricane insurance, 12 to 14 U.S. $ for a beer or glass of wine and then of course the lawyers, all New York prices and when you come to sell, you'll pay the "Realty guy" 6%. You get into the T.C.I. property market, at your peril!!!! in saying that, it's a nice place with very nice and quiet beaches.
regards Doug Sangster. I did buy, sell and made a bit of money, but be wary.
