Clients can set up the company from London via Power of Attorney (POA) through the lawyer in Bucharest although he will need to sign the POA in front of a Notary in London and have the document Apostatised. It is relatively straight forward and cheaper than flying to Bucharest.

Hello, I am interested in purchasing property on the Sydney residence and would like your best price on the 2 cheapest developments with floor plans for analysis, I have been quoted via other agents and could contact the developer direct but want to use a company to assist in the procedure and rental when build, I need this information urgently so a quick response would be helpful. Please quote all costs including VAT and transfer fees and legal costs etc.
