The Ras Al Khaimah is one of the most important place for living in the country and also useful for investment.
Be very careful of Bab Al Bahr development. I bought a place last year and the developer (RAKEEN) changed the position of the apartment. The contract has been sent to me a few times and each time they change something sneakily. They really are a low class outfit and you will regret purchasing from them if you are used to the Western Standard of contractual etiquette. I regret it. Please learn from my mistake.
