I am a huge island fanatic, I wish to have a small private island. Hope to be buying one soon and interested in Caribbean area.

I agree with you that it’s a really good choice to invest in the real estate specially in small private island and definitely it pays back in many times and a multiplier effect could be derived from this investment. I think the private island industry is really growing as more and more famous people and celebrities are buying them and thus drawing more attention to this emerging market.

Furthermore i think Caribbean properties especially merricks and barbados resorts have great potential and good place to invest your valuable money.
