I have bought 2 properties in Eygpt the market is strong and investing in properties there has had great benifits both in Sharm Nabq Bay and in Sahl Hasheesh.
Paradise gardens is not far from the airport and as it has it own parades of stores bars and restaraunts the holiday experience for holiday makers is fantastic.
A marina and a underground casino is in the pipeline for development which is soon to start stated by developers.
Buying in the UK for some is out of reach due to the soaring house prices but Eygpt is still affordable and now that likes of Easy jet as well as other popular air lines destined to goto Eygpt the holiday can be a budget to a 5* experience.
